You can call during business hours and the phone will literally ring for 30 seconds to a minute before going to a busy signal. No voicemail, no nothing. I really want to like them but without the ability to talk to someone and not having enough people to even staff the phones? I've literally had to drive over there for a simple issue because no one would answer multiple calls throughout the day. There is a reason I use Fedex when I can.
