- HHHMar 19, 20261.0I missed a package delivery as I was sick for several days and ended up in the ER, only to come back to a snarky note saying that the package boxes at my complex are for everyone as though I’m too stupid to realize this.. you could have just taken the package back per policy without the attitude. Next time I have to be rushed off for a medical emergency I will be sure to have my mail held since obviously that is top priority when I’m incapacitated.

He put me on a paper said somebody will fix 3 weeks later. Nothing done. Went back in same guy and I would assume his boss was there. She said yep he's right here on the paper. He came in last month 21st of the month. She told me leave your key in a box. It will get fixed. I went home that day. Put the key in the box today. Nothing done to fix the problem. Almost a month later. My mailbox sometimes is just wide open. Thank you, I appreciate the help
