- DPD PApr 30, 20231.0They almost never leave a notice when they attempt to deliver a package, so you don't know you have something held at the post office unless you watch your tracking on every package coming to you very closely. I have told them that I'm not getting notices and they just say, "Well, you should've." I tried to use the pickup service once and put a package on my door to ship. The website confirmed my address was eligible for the service. I got confirmation the package was picked up while I was at work, then come home and find it still on my doorstep. I called to ask what happened and got told my address must not be eligible for the service... Very frustrating just to try to ship a package because they don't even have a drop box for when you have something prepaid that needs to go out. The slots on their boxes open like 2" wide at most. Makes life difficult when you need to ship something and work a full time day shift job since out here, you can't do pick up, or drop off when their office isn't open. They also close for lunch. Honestly surprised there aren't more bad reviews on here since I see lots of complaints on the Lake Arrowhead Facebook page. Lots of them say have communicated these complaints to the post office, but they fall on deaf ears.
