- ECErik Coe6 days ago1.0Kelly the new post master doesn’t know what she’s doing. No one likes her, from employees to their mechanic. Shes supposed to be the leader there but does nothing to help anyone. You can tell her fiancé is a boss with in the post office.

So all the packages that are delivered today on Tobey Rd, Valerie Rd, Baldhill Rd, etc. in New Gloucester Maine are getting absolutely soaked. All our kids/ loved ones Christmas presents are all out in the rain until everyone gets home today. What a joyful time of the year! Handled with care??? AT LEAST the UPS guy - THE BIG BROWN TRUCKS WE ALL SEE, PUT my 2 PACKAGES IN a BAG. So I got two ruined packages. And two dry. what a difference in between company's values. UPS spends 5 seconds to bag there packages.

That package cannot weigh more than 15-20lb absolutely ridiculous and I really hope this is not going to be an issue through the holidays. Unable to see mailing address? Yeah right! How about just telling the truth, was lazy today and didn’t get to all my stops. This is one of many issues we have had with the local postal service. Back to Ups and FedEx.
- MSMitchell StephensMar 15, 20211.0The ladies at the desk are very nice and helpful but the carriers are constantly losing my packages, putting them on my neighbors steps, or over packing the parcel locker in front of my mobile home park, thus destroying my packages and often damaging the contents. The package carrier(s) responsible need to be retrained or fired, enough is enough.
