- SPSkip PullenSep 6, 20251.0Our regular lady does a good job when it comes to packages. The person who comes on Saturday never leaves Amazon packages. I get a message that says, "mailbox is full" when it isn't. He never pulls in and leaves it on our porch like our regular postal lady. This has happened 3 times now!
- DDDarkveilAug 22, 20251.0My mail carrier lady consistently does not deliver packages that weigh 34 lbs for being “too heavy”. USPS official website states all packages under 70 lbs are deliverable. Seems like they need to hire some more capable / driven workers because this is ridiculous.

They often close early or for entire days with no notice and I cannot get my mail. They have been closed several days this week and there is not even a sign today saying their lobby is closed. On top of this, their hours are impossible for anyone with a job being only open 9-4 and gone for an entire hour in the middle of the day when people are on lunch. I am sick of this and sick of not being able to get my mail!
