- SPSkip PullenSep 6, 20251.0Our regular lady does a good job when it comes to packages. The person who comes on Saturday never leaves Amazon packages. I get a message that says, "mailbox is full" when it isn't. He never pulls in and leaves it on our porch like our regular postal lady. This has happened 3 times now!
- DDDarkveilAug 22, 20251.0My mail carrier lady consistently does not deliver packages that weigh 34 lbs for being “too heavy”. USPS official website states all packages under 70 lbs are deliverable. Seems like they need to hire some more capable / driven workers because this is ridiculous.

At least 4 days now, maybe 5, I went to pick up mail to find a note saying window closed due to short staff. Then went back 2 days in a row later after their 1:30 opening time to find a line so long it went down past the mailboxes and moved very slow. I don't know who is making these decisions to keep closing the counter every single day and maybe not me...but their are people that need their mail whether it be medicine or something for their work. I like the staff but the performance of this post office has become sad to say the least.
