The new post master is so rude. She literally won’t give me my mail until I come after 10AM, but when anyone else is working, they give me my mail. The post master says she can’t find my mail when it’s in the back because there’s over 200 packages back there, but again, if anyone else is working they will go back and grab my mail in under a minute. So this means she’s just refusing to give the mail out to the people who can’t receive mail at their home (they don’t deliver where I live so I get a free PO Box). It’s just ridiculous. I have to work in the mornings and I stop by the post office when I get a notification that I have mail or a package there, after taking my son to school and then I have to go to work, so I can’t come back at 10am, I have to wait until the next day or when I have time later in the week. It’s just inconvenient, and it’s really not a HUGE deal if they weren’t so rude about it! And the fact that any of the other workers have no problem just grabbing my mail real quick. It’s a small town, they know who everyone is that has a PO Box. Just ridiculous.

I showed up in person to change my address. I gave my ID as requested. 3 weeks later I received a letter from Worcester stating that the change of address was not completed due to lack of ID. Now I have not received my mail and I have to drive hours away to attempt to get it. It really does not help customers to offer a service and not provide it. Moving is stressful enough without this level of incompetence.
