Instead of returning my package to Australia, some kind person at the Long Island Post Office took the time to open the package, find my correct address on the packing slip, and forwarded it to me in San Diego. Talk about going above and beyond! I will probably never have occasion to visit this branch in person, but someone there is awesome!
