Constant problems from the trucks being "incapable" of traversing slightly slippery terrain to mail items being carelessly left, shoved into mailboxes without regard, and completely being misplaced. In a 6 day timeframe we had 2 different tracked packages say they were delivered but never arrived, all while getting other deliveries. Some days are better than others but for something that you need to know you are getting all of, with how much online shopping is done these days; some of these issues are certainly not acceptable. Not sure what needs to change over there, but something needs to give and the people of Litchfield literally have their hands tied.

The slightest amount of snow or brush -not obstructing my mailbox in the slightest, and they will refuse to deliver my mail. Envelopes clearly labeled as “do not fold” are just crammed into my mailbox anyways. Packages just left out wide open in the middle of the rain on the ground. Boxes crammed into my mailbox just so the delivery man doesn’t have to approach my door. The service is terrible, I am fed up, and I will take my complaints as far up the chain as I have to.
