Rude, condescending and extremely unhelpful. They also claim they can’t deliver a package when the mailbox is empty and accessible and someone is also home to receive a package in a driveway that is completely accessible, but they still say they couldn’t drop off a package for no reason cause they forgot to leave It or left it in the mail truck and just don’t care or it’s too spooky and dark. Oh and make sure you don’t have a dog cause they’ll never drop a package off, so make sure you have a cat.

They purposely make it extremely hard to talk to an actual person at your local post office. On top of that, there is absolutely no way of changing statuses with packages. I find them very unhelpful and non-cooperative even in person. We should eliminate the post office and just let FedEx and UPS do everything. USPS is a failing business.

Terrible service. Packages are always undelivered and take up to a week to track down between fake “attempted delivery” slips claiming they need a code to deliver (no such thing here) or not knowing if it’s stuck in Sabattus, or Lisbon, or being bounced around from truck to truck until they decide where to put it. No one answers the phone. Have to get off work early to come in person and try to resolve issues and the promise to fix yet it’s the same. Absolutely abysmal. Would only use UPS or fedex if I could choose.
