When asked why he said “because I can” and then proceeded to refuse service. He was incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He left the desk and hid in the office while there was a line of customers. Pathetic.

We now have to collect the mail from the post office. Lazy delivery person can't be bothered to come up to the door to even try to deliver!
