I Genuinely would like to know what they do all day. Every day I come during my limited time to drop off a package, their lunch hours change. Sometimes they’re in there working and lock the door and will not accept packages. How am I supposed to plan accordingly to drop off a package if the hours CONSTANTLY change for their workers?

Wonderful Ladies working there, not once i stopped by when i am in Lewiston for services were they slacking off or neglecting their duties, even when the Lines were massive and they had problematic visitors they always took care of matters professionally, so refreshing to see people actually doing their jobs with full dedication, i am just sad i didn't ask for their names to at least thank them here but will remember to do so next time, Big thanks to you Ladies!

Missing mail. Zero help was offered. Mails been missing for weeks. All links on the website are broken. Took time to go in person, which directed me to a broken number again.

Closing the post office line 20 minutes before the office closes is absurd. I'm standing there watching people be served and I can't get mail out before a deadline because I didn't know you have secret mystery closing times.
