- BHBreath of Pets HairApr 8, 20261.0This place has been issue after issue for me. First, upon moving into my new place and needing a key to my mailbox, acted like that was not something they do despite the former tenant confirming to me that they did in fact drop the key off here. After two days of begging to have access to our own mailbox, they finally sent the post master out to help us. Wondering if they even train the people at the desk about the services that they do in fact provide and I know I’m not the only one to have this problem. Next, delivered me an envelope that was literally torn in half and looked as if it had been run over. This was unfortunately a check that I then had to have resent just so I could get my money. Not even a sorry from the post office. Very often loses my packages and delivers packages to my house for addresses spelled totally different from my own because reading is overrated. Currently have no idea where a time/temperature sensitive package of mine is because they gave me the wrong key to unlock my delivery receptacle and wouldn’t fix this problem for two days even after wasting time to try to deal with it in person, proceeded to ignore notes about delivering package to house, only to find out that apparently the package they locked in the receptacle was my neighbor’s.
