I had some mail sent to me by someone else to the wrong address instead of my PO Box and it was being held at the post office. I went the following day to pick it up and was very unpleasantly greeted by a woman who was very nasty regardless of the fact that I didn’t even know that the package was there before I got an email telling me it needed to be picked up. Nice attitude.
