- LLlittleemochick13Feb 23, 20263.0I spoke with a woman on the phone. She was nice enough at first. The longer the conversation carried on, the more I could tell that she thought she had it all figured out. She stopped listening to me at all. Spoke over me, kept repeating the same useless information to me, and kept me on the phone for far longer than needed. I’m giving a 3 star because she was mildly informative…that’s it. In person services are a smoother transaction here the calling. Just don’t if you can avoid it.
- THTammi HammAug 12, 20211.0Applied for my passport on 4/28/21 and was told 10-12 weeks. I then received an email from the US Department of State that they received my application on 6/9/21 and it is now taking 12 weeks to process and upto another 6 weeks for mailing. I don't understand why it took 42 days for them to receive it to start with and now they are saying 18 weeks. At this rate I'll be lucky to get it by November.
