Our mail woman that had been delivering to us, retired from what we were told and the new person that took over her position has immediately decided to be confrontational and harassing. Leaving a threatening note about withholding mail delivery in the mail box rather than coming to the door and discussing something the person sees as an issue seems to me to be cowardess and rude. Then not make a delivery to the door because of "animal interference" when the previous delivery woman had NO problems making the same deliveries with the same animals. Bring back the small town mail delivery feel please. Do better USPS.
