I mean, look at everybody else’s reviews, it’s basically the same complaints. Whatever old man they hired to deliver mail keeps delivering mail to the wrong houses, i’m pretty sure he doesn’t check anything because this is every day now
- SSSheOct 15, 20251.0Horrible, horrible post office. Ever since moving to Gardiner, they’ve been terrible at delivering packages. The packages are either in the wrong parcel locker or they’ve been marked as delivered when they haven’t been delivered at all. How hard is it to read a few labels and put them in the correct box? OR MAYBE, actually deliver packages instead of just marking them delivered. It doesn’t matter how many times you call, they never do anything about it.

The mail gets delivered maybe once every 6-8 days because they don't have any staff, which tells me it's probably not a good working environment. You call and they say your mail will be delivered the next day and it doesn't happen. The supervisors are defensive, talk over you, lack empathy, and I'm assuming also are over worked and stressed. Finally days later get a package that had been delivered to the wrong address and had been opened. Still waiting for some car parts to fix my car. Not answering the phone. Getting as bad as Scarborough, had packages sitting down there for 2 months. But “did” finally get. Used to get mail before noon, now it’s 8pm sometimes. I know they are trying, See their truck flying back to town at about 2pm. Still no mail. Oh, they don’t answer the phone ringing, seen it, been standing in line down there for an hour. Wonder how their spending all that additional postage money?

My road gets plowed and sanded but they just don’t wanna do it. I’ve brought it to the attention of the Post Master and nothing ever happens
