- KKKrystalDec 17, 20251.0This post office needs an overhaul, I seriously dread having to deal with anyone at this office as they are always incredibly rude and unhelpful. This includes management, who has been the worst to deal with in the past. Today the man behind the counter had a snappy attitude and flicked my receipt at me. Not once did he look at me after I politely asked for that package receipt, even when he said have a nice day with a negative attitude. I didn't get to rate my own experience because just as quickly as the question popped up on the screen, his hand shot out and answered it. Although, had I been able to select the frowny face I seriously doubt he would have been reprimanded. I'll be traveling outside of my home town for my postal needs from now on. Really it's just disgraceful.
