- EBElise BolducJun 10, 20221.0I rarely post reviews - especially bad ones , to local businesses - but I have to mention the particularly bad service that my husband and I have received at this place. We have been very good customers with them and the last order we got was terrible - the logos that we wanted embroidered on the sleeves of our sweat shirts were actually embroidered on top of the shoulders. Definitely not what we had gotten before. Not to mention the wait time to get them which we understand - everyone is busy - but the work was not up to standards. We mentionned that we were not satisfied, we were then offered a reimbursement on the embroidery itself. Unfortunately, once a sweater is embroidered, it is impossible to remove it without leaving a mark and those $50 sweaters are now ruined. We asked Amy to please make this right and we were offered to go somewhere else. It very disappointing to say the least. My advice for people considering going there: They do not need your business, they already have enough clients. They made that very clear with us.
