Promises to call and update regarding lost packages, and then never receiving those calls. And the cherry on top? Today the driver dropped off a package, in the in the pouring rain, didn’t put it in our empty box where it fits, didn’t put a bag on it, and the contents are entirely ruined. Seems like an especially lazy and badly managed branch. Be extremely cautious.
