Been there a lot this holiday season, and they're usually really fast, so never have a huge wait time. The staff seem hit or miss, some are friendly, some have an attitude like using the service is an annoyance to them. Either way they get the job done quickly. I would have given 5stars if it weren't for the sighs and eye rolling attitude I got for making basic prepaid returns last visit. It's actually causing me a bit of anxiety because I will be making several shipments in the coming days, and I have to use their service, but don't want to be treated in that manner. So...maybe 3 stars would be more appropriate?
