- KSKarren SeelyMay 17, 20254.0Office itself does an excellent job. Staff are friendly and want to help. The route people leave something to be desired. Will stuff packages in box that don’t fit without damaging. I’m 1/4 mile from my mail box and not once has a package been delivered to my place despite carriers supposed to be doing so. I added a PO Box for unrelated reasons and as I’ve said above, the office staff are wonderful and never had trouble with my packages there.
