Despite the availability of First Class Mail, which other USPS locations honor, this particular branch insists on charging for tracking. Transparent and fair pricing is essential for customer satisfaction, but the person working there is uninformed about packaging requirements and insists that tracking is mandatory. I have shipped the same items from the Forest Ave USPS store almost a dozen times without encountering these issues.
