I’ve never opened a temporary PO Box, and I am positive most of the confusion caused was on my end. Once I got home I received a call from Sheryl (apologies if this is the wrong spelling). She remembered me from my previous visit, and took the time to correct the misunderstanding. I really appreciate this effort. It means a lot to me that someone is taking the time to make sure everything is in order. Thank you for all your help! :)
