Worst customer service in the entire midcoast Maine.
Balding round man whose name tag was not displayed treated me and everyone with bad manners, barking answers and directions instead of talking, pointing angrily with his index finger.
Other employees are not much friendlier either.

A big thanks to the mail carrier coming from South Portland to deliver our overdue packages with medical equipment and prescriptions we waited for more than 72 hours. I was not able to pick up at the post office because of my work schedule.
I regret that I did not ask for his name. But we can breathe easier today since all prescriptions have been delivered with great efforts.
THANK YOu.

Mail delivery has been sporadic, to say the least. I understand they have staffing issues, but I don't understand why they are not rotating routes so we can get delivery at least every other day. It's been four days since I've gotten mail and I am waiting for things for my business.

Perhaps if the Camden Post Office saw fit to move its prepaid package box to a more accessible place that is not in the way of people standing in line it would be a lot more efficient. Currently the policy is to make people with pre-paid, pre-labeled ready-to-go packages stand in line with everyone who needs help from a counter clerk. This not only extends the wait time for everybody in this small, sometimes very crowded and airless space, it also exposes everyone needlessly to so many people, some of whom aren't wearing a proper mask (coats pulled up over face) or who are wearing masks below their nose (this includes postal employees). No other post office on the coast of Maine requires people to wait in line for someone at the counter to get to personally take their pre-paid, pre-labeled package and dump it in the package box at the end of the counter.
