And the clerk was very impolite when I asked about it like I was supposed to know it was being held at Gorham? Why would I ever think it was at Gorham! It’s not hard to give a smile and explain this to a customer. The guy who works here is always miserable and I’ve never seen a smile so I can’t say I’m surprised with this experience either.

They lie and mark my driveway as inaccessible when fedex and ups have no issue delivering to my front porch on the same day. Incredibly disappointing and upsetting that nothing can be done to change this!

I have had a couple times where I had Amazon packages where the tracking said they were delivered but never actually received them. Finally they magically appear in front of my front door days later.
