Always putting off the job like it's so hard to drive into a driveway and deliver to the door as instructed! the delivery is paid for so do your Job instead of taking it back to the post office!!!!

I drive to any of the other surrounding towns before bothering to send mail from here. So many poor experiences for myself and many of my neighbors.

Had a package held at the post office because of a snowstorm. A few days later they still had not sent it out, so I go to the post office to get it. I go in and say something along the lines of "Amazon says I have a package here and it's been held up for a couple days" to which she immediately replies that they have no packages without even asking my name or address (and also, no packages in a post office? Really?). She sends me to a post office two towns over to see if they had it, which they didn't. But THEY know how to treat their customers, and gladly tried to track down the package for me. And, what do you know, the package was in fact at the Buckfield post office. I walk in and without saying a word, she goes off about how I didn't "communicate effectively" and I should have told her when the package was expected and my name- may I remind you, the first time I asked for the package she immediately said she had none. I didn't accuse her of anything, I just wanted my package. And I sat there for maybe 5 minutes listening to her tell me it was all my fault.

Terrific service. The people at this office are courteous and efficient. Couldn't be any better. Good source of information. They went out of their way to handle my forwarded mail.
