I called in about an issue with returning packages through Happy Returns and Brad, the Store Manager, was beyond rude for no reason whatsoever. When I asked his name, he refused, and when I asked to speak to someone above him, he said there is no one. I asked for his name again and he refused, and then asked me to hold while he transferred me to someone much nicer, who ended up giving his name. Sad to think Brad manages the store and thinks it’s ok to talk to and handle customers like that.
