There have been some times where that has not been the case, but overall, they do a pretty good job. I've printed several things there in the past for my business and otherwise. I would highly recommend the Staples in brunswick, Maine.

Waited for 20mins, left went to an appt. Came back young lady, mom w 2 children, elderly, lots of cars & even your FedEx delivery man couldn't leave packages. Your Auburn store had a young manager (assuming he is one) show up @9:49 am to inform those of us who were waiting that it would be another 30-45mins before he could open. I understand
