  I have had a lot of printing done at Staples recently and I have been very pleased. They have been prompt, helpful and have kept me informed. The technicians are well-informed and polite. I am happy to use their services.

  I love my local neighborhood staples. Most times, the people working there are super friendly and efficient. There have been some times where that has not been the case, but overall, they do a pretty good job. I've printed several things there in the past for my business and otherwise. I would highly recommend the Staples in brunswick, Maine.

  I wouldn’t say you can count on them at all. I ordered business cards here through Canva and they turned out fine (a little uneven, but definitely acceptable for the price). When I picked them up, the man working told me that I could email Staples directly for my next order instead of ordering through a third party. Since they had my previous order on file, this made sense and I did so. I sent them an email on a Tuesday to order and on Thursday midday my husband went to pick them up. They weren’t ready yet. The employee apologized and told my husband they would have them that afternoon. Since we live 45 minutes away, it wasn’t convenient to come back until the next day. I received an email that same day from the printing department that said they had ‘been slammed’. They also asked if I would like the cards printed the same as my previous order (double sided, same card stock), stated they would be ready that afternoon, and informed me that for future orders I should order through the website (contrary to previous information I had been given). I responded that evening that I would like them printed exactly the same and that I would pick them up the next afternoon. When I arrived on Friday afternoon, they were still not finished and the young man at the desk informed me that ‘they had just gotten my email’. I understand they are busy, of course, but why tell myself and my husband that they would be finished if they, in fact, were to busy to complete them? I would 100% not recommend. They lack professionalism.

  Staples really needs to up it's game with the self service printers. The software is clunky and super slow. And it has been for years. I've been waiting for a receipt- which I need- through three "timed out" cycles. This unfortunately is the norm. Staples Print is not for professionals. Xpress Copy is. Go there if you can.
