- GWGary WellsSep 15, 20252.0We were there to get a new laptop. The store was busy but there was only one employee to do everything! The poor guy was overwhelmed but still doing a good job. After looking at the laptops we decided to just order it on line rather then add to the confusion.

It never sent me the code to get it printed. It was only after the fifth try that I was able to print my documents. Then when it came time to scan them, it scanned them and I instructed it to send it to my email. It only sent one document to my email and all the pages were. Blank. When I went to the service desk to tell them that their system wasn’t working, I was offered no refund And I was told to go back to the machine and scan them Face side up. Scanners do not scan face side up. And even if they do, why do I have to pay more money to get them scanned “correctly“ when there was no prompt telling me the correct way to do it. In short, they wasted my money and the customer service representative did not want to do his job. If only there was a zero star review. And frankly, I’m surprised that there aren’t more negative reviews. Go somewhere else folks.
