- ALAdelina LewisFeb 22, 20261.0Worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. We never get our mail delivered, it takes days on end to get deliveries, we get stacks of mail and we constantly get mail that isn’t ours and packages are always lost or “delayed” for no reason. The people who work there are rude and don’t listen to you at all when you’re trying to figure something out.
- SLShirley LongJan 21, 20262.0We have a Boothbay Post Office, however, we can only mail out from it. We now have to go through the Boothbay Harbor post office. For the past year, we have Not had consistent delivery of any type of mail, at one point we went almost 2 weeks without any mail, when trying to get that mail, they wouldn’t/couldn’t give it to us. They won’t even hold it back. The deliveries are sporadic in time and days. When calling or going into Boothbay Harbor (04538) they are rude and dismissive. When calling they are unfriendly and never apologize. Today, my package delivered to another address on Sunday, is missing. It was not left in my mailbox, we watched the Van go by 5/6 times, and never delivered to us, yet it says delivered . I would rather pick up from Boothbay (04537) post office, then this current run around. Lack of employees? Look at your management.

My package said it is delivered and I when in to ask them to check because it was not in my mailbox. They where all shouting at me.
