  I was in the store and noticed extremely long lines when a man politely asked if he could check out at the printout aisle. The manager of the store proceeded to talk to him like he was stupid telling him over at the cashier light. The man kept his cool and said, sir I’ve checked out here before I have one item could you please help me out the manager proceeded to tell the customer like he was dumb no, you can’t check out here. You can go over to the cashier well there was about 18 people at that cashier and it was one girl I had a question for the manager, but I was so scared that I left on my way of leaving that man the customer asked another employee. Hey can you open up a line to try to help this girl out and a nice young man who was not the manager. He was just a regular employee. He said absolutely sure no problem. That’s how customer service is supposed to go that manager at Staples needs to be reprimanded and or fired I would never ever ever suggest going into that staples again. I was so scared. I didn’t even wanna ask him the question that I had for him.

  I went in with my daughter who’s five and there was a mile line long line with one service attendant. I had asked the manager to check out at the printing department and he told me with a very disrespectful tone. You go over to the light like I was stupid like I didn’t know that’s where checkout was and then I told him I said that poor girl swamped and I just check out here I have one item and again he repeated in a cocky, disrespectful tone over at the light almost like I was disabled and couldn’t understand what he was talking about so I told him man I said you have very poor customer Service skills and understanding you’re doing nothing. Why don’t you help out your other employees and actually be the manager it was the manager of the store. I did not get his name, but I will be very very sure to get his name the next time I go in there because I would like him rapper recommended in any way shaver possible just a reprimanded on to sit down and watch a video on how to deal with customers and how to help his fellow employees who he is supposed to be leading the way when there is a line a mile along yes but sometimes in life you have to wait in line but if you’re a great manager, you would step up to the plate instead of playing on your cell phone and you would help bust through the line instead of just letting your poor one girl get swamped I highly highly highly suggest going to any other staples other than this one

  Went to send a fax in store! Was told we have to use the self service! With zero direction and support; need a debit card and it hold $ and I sent the fax according to the pictures on the screen but apparently that was upside down and so I paid $5 for nothing ! Still can’t send a fax! Scam Alert!! Never again! Too lazy at Staples!!

  Poster creation and printing was top notch. Nick was totally familiar with all aspects of getting my posters done to my specifications and the process was easy. Price was good too.
