- KBKasey BradyFeb 20, 20261.0I made an appointment for passports for me and my two young kids. I made the appointment weeks in advance to line up with my day off and school vacation. They called to cancel the appointment just as I was walking out the door. The clerk was out sick all week. More advance notice would have been nice.
- MMMarissaJan 29, 20261.0Made an appointment for a passport. Showed up and the appointment had been canceled that morning because their one personal capable of filing passports was out that day. Was told to go to Portland for walk in service like that was just a hop and skip away. This post office has been severely understaffed for years. If my mail carrier takes a vacation- we don’t get mail for a week. I understand the staff is comprised of actual human beings - but with Biddeford being a “city” and all, the lack of services is unacceptable. Please hire more staff so your current workers aren’t over worked and you can actually provide the services you say you can. I would like to note the current staff is very friendly and provides great customer service, but there are just constant issues that I really think could be solved by hiring more people.
