My husband purchased two items that needed to be returned to Amazon. He had his QR codes available for scanning. We brought the packages in to Staples because it said they took UPS packages and Amazon told us to to go a UPS pick up store. This is the first time he has sent back packages so no experiences with it. Anyway we patiently waited as the cashier and other service rep was busy. When the man finally came up to us he was extremely rude rolling his eyes saying I dont think we take these large packages but let me see. They were not huge boxes, one was an air fryer the other a small vacuum box. He scanned the QR code and said NOPE those are NOT for us. Go look at your email they will tell you where to go but its not here rudely. He couldnt even suggest where we should have gone instead.
He acted put out when there were NO other customers waiting to be cashed out, we were not interrupting anyone to do this.
Not impressed with customer service at all. Yes we should have known where to take our packages but sometimes people just need a little consideration and education in a nice way not being rudely snapped at.
Just be kind, you never know what someone is going through.
