Worst post office I've ever been to and I've been to several across the country..THAT SAYS ALOT.. they scam people out of buying keys for their mailboxs.. my friend that has no income at all because he can't walk and he's trying to get his Social Security accidentally left his key in his mailbox and he went to the front desk a few times and ask them if anybody has turned in the key, the answer was no no no no no no...... well finally he bought in 18.00 key after it took his food money and when he bought that key and open his box, they're sat his key.. but yet nobody saw his key... what a scam especially a scam on somebody that they took money off of for his food... not only that but they are not for the working man, sense the people that do work can't get into their mailbox because the whole store including people to get into their mail boxes closes at 4:00 ..ridiculous in so many ways.. so I would stay away from this post office if you want to get a box etc etc not to mention you have to wait in a long line just to see a person whether its mailing a box or getting the yellow slips for your mail and having to go to the front desk... go down the road to the next post office you would definitely be better off

The agent I met has a impressive bad attitude. Because of that agent, my efficiency have been significantly reduced. Another day when I called there, the agent who picked up the phone has a even worse attitude, and did not contribute anything to the trouble shooting or problem solving process. That was a really bad experience. I decide that I should get rid of usps, at least in bethel here.

Just wanted to say thanks to the Bethel Post Office, and Wendy in particular, for being awesome, friendly, and super helpful. Wendy went the extra, extra mile and helped us track down a last-minute package. She’s fantastic.
