They delivered my package to the wrong address (this was confirmed by them) and I’ve been waiting for a call for an update and I can’t get in touch with anyone. Their response was “hopefully the carrier can retrieve the package from the address it was delivered to” like… WHAT? “Hopefully” that’s your only solution??
