- DBDebra BickfordJan 8, 20255.0I have had a po box here as an adult since 1975. Actually, my family has had one there since I was a child so, even longer. First, a lot has changed since 75. Running post office requires many different rules and regs as well as understanding of digital information, tracking ability of customers, multiple delivery options, huge online purchase and order changes etc. Getting good customer service requires the actual customer to be involved in the process and, that process NOW is more complex than ever. While I do understand the frustration with things not always going smoothly, I also understand that I have to be an informed consumer and HELP as much as I can when something has gone wrong. If you want good customer service, be part of the solution instead of blaming things on people who may not have any control at all of the problem.

I love the small offices as they never seem to have a line. This was no exception here as well. I didn’t have to wait, and I was able to crack a few jokes, and strike up a conversation. This definitely has a small town feel, and is worth the drive!
