No tracking updates for days, lost packages, incorrect scanning updates, the list goes on and when I call I get zero help, told me to call the distribution center in Maine and they do not answer their phone at all how they can operate like this is absolutely mind blowing

My mail and packages were roughed up and tossed in a puddle in the driveway and strewn across the yard with a blue card stating "no clear access" scrawled across it in sharpie with exclamation points. All other packages from the day including a not assembled bike were delivered by other carriers no problem - right on the porch. Day after - nothing about the environment other than no rain has changed - mail is delivered where it belongs as if they didn't destroy the stuff the day before. Odd and unprofessional.
