- ACAb Cd1 day ago1.0Had a amazon package delivered a couple days ago that was in a paper envelope. The envelope was ripped open with items missing from it. It was haphazardly shoved into my mailbox with other envelopes and it was overflowing. They could've drove down my driveway and carefully put it on my steps but they didn't. It even said on the tracking that it was handed directly to the resident which it was not. I'm guessing they chose that option to cover their behind because they knew it was ripped open with stuff missing and that I would complain about it. Your mail people need to do better if you hate your job so much to always cause problems when delivering mail then get a new job.
- MMm.nFeb 22, 20261.0Recently moved to Glenburn, we don't have a post office so everything comes from Bangor. I've never lived in a town where the mail couriers put in such LITTLE effort to deliver the mail. Drive through Glenburn and packages are either rubber banded to mailboxes or thrown underneath mailboxes stuck in the snow. When it comes to delivering something that needs a signature, I almost always get a slip saying they missed me, when I was actually home. Which happened yesterday, during the weekend. I arrived home before mail was delivered, was home the entire rest of the day and got a notification that something I ordered was delivered. Went to my mailbox and there was a slip that they "missed me" for a very important letter that I needed to sign for. Now, they're going to have to re-deliver during a work day and I actually won't be home to sign for it. Absolutely ridiculous. They just couldn't take an extra 30 seconds to drive past my mailbox and come to my house, where I would've immediately answered the door and signed for it and they would've been on their way.

No tracking updates for days, lost packages, incorrect scanning updates, the list goes on and when I call I get zero help, told me to call the distribution center in Maine and they do not answer their phone at all how they can operate like this is absolutely mind blowing
