- EEEBMar 12, 20265.0I had a fantastic experience at the Augusta Post Office thanks to Tanya. I recently moved and hadn't updated my address in time, which could have been a headache. Tanya was incredibly courteous, professional, and patient. She stayed with me through the entire process of locating my held mail and even left a note for her colleagues to ensure it’s ready for me tomorrow. She also verified that my change of address is now active in the system. The world would be a better place with more people like Tanya!

David from western ave location just called me and basically called me a liar and hung up on me. $9billion in the hole this year and it’s no wonder why
