The team back there is efficient and always willing to go the extra mile for customers. Even just today, Josh juggled more than one customer at a time, including myself, and accomplished all of our tasks promptly and kindly. Today, I went to return a pair of shoes I bought two weeks ago during the $1 Bin Win. I hoped to find the missing shoe, but the associate I spoke with refused to help, saying prices change. Even when I offered to show my receipt, she wouldn’t cooperate. Honestly, I was tired of arguing over a dollar, so I left both shoes and walked out.
