- EEEigenStoryOct 25, 20252.02 stars because it was frustration trying to apply for a passport here. The lady there got frustrated when I expressed by frustration that I showed up 20 minutes before advertised closing time and greeting me by saying she is not able to do passport before even waiting to find out what I wanted or saying "Good day" or "how may I help you." The central issue are poor customer service and poor communication. If the office is officially open until 2pm but you stop processing passports at 1pm or 10am then for Petes sake JUST MAKE THAT CLEAR TO THE PUBLIC to save the mutual frustration! Hours of operation Saturday: 8am to 2p. Passport processing walk in: 8am to 1pm Simple no need to be rude to customer etc. That was you can relax and greer every customer nicely and ask "how may I help you." If they show up at 1:45pm asking for passport, you simply say sorry and remind them the processing ends at 1pm.
