Rob was amazing—he provided excellent customer service with a warm welcome, friendly attitude, and a great smile. He explained everything clearly, and the whole process, including taking the photo, was very quick and smooth. This is a great place if you’re looking to get your passport done!

Lobby is always open so I know I can get my packages at any point if left in my box. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Busy place during peak times for sure! Parking in the back is better in my opinion (:
