- AEAlexander EubanksDec 7, 20231.0The folks in here are usually nice, but they do not scan packages and packages get lost regularly when sent from here. You all need to do a better job of making sure each package is scanned and the tracking is working. They also refuse to give you a receipt for pre-labeled packages and have you drop them in a bin that anyone can access and easily steal from. The Waldorf branch will provide receipts and has a machine where you can scan and get a receipt. Don't use this branch anymore for packages because it's a huge risk. Someone is either stealing the packages or they're getting lost in the mail without being scanned when dropped off here. 8/4/25 - Fun update - the lady behind the counter this morning refused to take any packages with pre-paid labels today because of extreme laziness. Gave me attitude immediately and told me to go elsewhere with my packages. What a despicable branch.
