The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful — they act like you’re an inconvenience just for asking a simple question. On top of that, they’ve sent back several of my packages for no clear reason, even though the address was correct and the items were properly labeled. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service here. I’ve tried to be patient, but it keeps happening. I really hope management looks into the way this branch is being run, because right now it feels like they don’t care about helping customers at all.
