- NRNatalie RayDec 31, 20251.0I’m so sorry to report this, but I’ve been coming to this location for a very long time, and there is one employee that is so vastly inappropriate and unwell. He should not be in costumer service of any kind. I’m not sure how this has been overlooked. I have never needed a single complicated thing done. I am always very polite and kind, and have always felt uncomfortable with his behavior. Today has sealed the deal and my patience is finally up after all this time. I have a call in to UPS management and am posting this, and not happily. I wish I didn’t need to, but if this were my business I would want to know this info. I will not return to this location until this gentlemen is no longer there.

We paid, verified the address, and left the box for them to pack and ship. The store was busy and it was holiday season. Our package got labeled with someone else’s address and our daughter in Oregon got someone else’s package - with our label! This store has been HORRIBLE AND SO UNHELPFUL in fixing the issue. We’ve been to the store once and called 3x. Each time we’re told the manager will call us and since Dec 21, 2025 we’ve heard NOTHING!!! And been given the run around from employees. Also because this is a franchise, UPS as a company says it’s the stores fault which makes sense since they mislabeled the package!

Sometimes I've seen some employees go and look for them somewhere on the premises, and they've found them. I don't know what's going on, but something is definitely wrong.

Notably, the employee was extremely patient with the PO Box customer but did not show that same curtesy, kindness, and patience to most of the other customers who patiently waited in the long line.

Nardo is my absolute favorite hes always so nice, so caring and so capable he knowssl what hes doing and always brings a light to my day. This man and his colleagues need a RAISE!!!! Cause this location is always busy and they handle it so gracefully.
