    We had Excellent help in picking out the right laptop for our needs and the rep was very knowledgeable of the products we looked at. They transferred the hard drive info to our new computer and promptly called us us when it was ready for pickup. Positive experience all around.

    This 5-star review is long overdue. In March of 2020, the crew at my Westminster, Maryland, Staples helped me pivot to remote teaching by answering all of my questions and advising me on the equipment I would need to make the transition. They have continued to provide me with courteous and competent service in the years following; all of the employees with whom I've worked have been knowledgeable and experienced. Most recently, I stopped in with a question about a problem I was having with print quality on my Epson ET-4750. Donald, one of the tech specialists, took the time to look at my printed sheets, then advised me to run a print head cleaning, but not just once, several times. Tah, dah! it worked! We appreciate their help and expertise.

    I ordered a poster online and there was nowhere on the internal UI that said it was going to be printed blurry. Clear as day. I went to pick up the poster and it was the blurriest thing I'd ever seen. I was surprised to have not received any phone call about the file that I had sent in or that there would be any issues with printing. The woman just handed it to me and said make sure it looks good. Seriously? Why would anyone pay $40 and think they'd be okay with a very blurry poster. I did not have time or patience to sit there and argue when she told me that it was probably "just the file uploaded." Respectfully, I am an experiential designer and work with print files for a living. I just filed a chargeback because I did not have the time and energy to argue with anyone who thought a blurry poster would be okay to give to a customer with no prior communication or warning. Print anywhere else if you're on a time crunch or concerned about $.

    Just encountered a very rude employee from this location, returned something from amazon right before closing. Came back as he was closing the gate & had a simple question. They switched from paper receipts to email receipts & nothing appeared in my email. I’ve had issues with Amazon not honoring returns from this location that were lost in transit. Simply wanted to ask him how long the emails typically take or how long it takes your account takes to update. He proceeded to point at his watch and then pull the gate shut & ignore me. I worked in retail for almost a decade, I’m never the type to try to walk in and shop at closing. I had a simple 60 second question he couldn’t be bothered to entertain. Won’t frequent this location anymore for general shopping or returns.
