I went into the store to mail a letter out, she asks me if I wanted to pay for shipping! I let her know once again that I would like to mail the letter out and just needed a stamp. She proceeds to tell me that the total to ship was 15$ after I repeatedly told her I wanted to mail it out! I started questioning myself on whether or not I can mail it out but I know just three weeks prior I did exactly that with no issues! In the midst of me stating AGAIN I would like to mail the letter out, the owner steps in whilst talking to another customer and says it’s just a misunderstanding basically tells me I was being hostile after answering the same question over and over and having her waste my time! He does this in front of all the other customers that are in the store making it seem like I was being aggressive when it was his employee that was at fault! After speaking with him and him clearly stating that she was wrong, he never once scolded her or said anything to her while it was a store full of people or even while it was just the three of us in the store. He then made it clear that he didn’t try to rectify it with me after I returned and asked to speak to a manager bc “you already left a bad review” which I hadn’t but you’re telling me if I leave an honesty review about the store, that means I don’t deserve proper customer service? I also asked him why he didn’t step in earlier when she was doing the wrong thing but stepped in when I was talking and he said he was dealing with customers which he was also dealing with customers when he rudely interrupted me. So you couldn’t tell her that she was wrong bc you were dealing with customers but that didn’t stop him from saying whatever to me in front of a store full of people. I wasn’t thinking about leaving a review but I will make sure I do on every platform that I can.
