He told me it would take about 45 minutes for a very simple printing job, he made me wait an additional 30 minutes once I got back there (in the meantime he assisted 5-6 new customers), and after that he simply came back saying that the machine was not working (he said: "it just broke 8 minutes ago") so he was unable to print what I had ordered and already paid for. He gave me my $4.77 refund and never apologized for the inconvenience and/or wasting my time.
