  If you need something that is time sensitive do not go to this location. They accept orders knowing their printers/trimmers are not working and then expect the customer to be ok when they tell you the day you are to pick it up that it will not arrive for another 3 days. Then when you speak with the manager instead of resolving the issue he hangs up on you.

  My monitor got broken and I needed a new one. I went to your store and there were 4 monitors on display. I had never heard of those manufacturers of computer monitors. So I went to the Tech desk and Donald B (Westminster, MD store) assisted me. He walked over with me to the monitors and explained each one. Because I had never heard of those manufacturers, I asked for his suggestion and he took me over to a Dell (not on display). He said he thought for what I needed it for, that was the best pick. It's funny, because I love Dell too, so that just solidified my choice and I purchased it on the spot. I also asked him about the extended warranties and he explained each one of them. I choose the three year one. I have dealt with Donald in the past and he is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. There really isn't anything to compare with good old customer service! He is a tremendous asset to your company and I trust his suggestions. I will always buy from Staples and check with Donald on large purchases.

  Hillary is such a lovely lady, she helped with my Amazon return with kindness on such a busy day! I never have issues when I'm in here. Great store, great folks!

  The tech at Staples was able to fix the problem on my computer. I tried elsewhere and they couldn't fix it.
