To make matters worse, their machine was not working, and we were told we would have to come back another time. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable. The staff was unpleasant and unhelpful, and no effort was made to notify customers ahead of time about the cash-only policy or the technical issues. This experience was a complete waste of our time and could have been avoided with even minimal customer service or communication. The employees should know how to contact or notify customers about such important changes so we know what to expect before arriving.
