- AVAvionna Vaughan3 days ago1.0My package was supposed to arrive April 17 It says my package arrived in WALDORF and is in transit to the next facility when it needs to be in transit to my house. It has been a week and one day and I still have not received my package. I stopped by the post office yesterday when I got into the facility the self service machine was broken and no one was there that was around 3:30 PM. The automated system said that they were at lunch. I waited around until 4:30 PM when I first got there at 3:30 PM. There were about eight people that were upset and that we’re not being Serviced as I waited around for an hour until 4:30 PM. I watched over 20 people go in and out the post office who were upset and we’re not getting service. One individual called the post office and they were not helped by customer service as they were supposed to be I tried calling the post office. I reached the automated number and they would not let me talk to a live representative. This is ridiculous. This is terrible service and we as the people want answers.

They were kind, patient, and helpful, and never made me feel stupid or embarrassed. It was very packed and busy when I went, so be patient, but the staff handled everything professionally.
- TWTiffany WMar 12, 20261.0I would rate this a zero if I could. I only provided 1 star because I had to choose. The customer service is horrible. The clerk was having a full on conversation with her coworker while I was being serviced. Her body was turned to the co worker and fully engaged. She provided no eye contact with me and just handed me my receipt while looking at other co worker. I then asked a question which she clearly got wrong the 1st time because she wasn't actively listening to me. This was my first and last time here at this post office.
